HOW TO OPERATE THE WATCH ROTATOR

1. Place a watch onto one of the provided cushions. Insert the cushion to the rotating table. For the Admiral and Regency Automatic watch winder, it is recommended while not necessary to have 2 watches on the rotating table to balance the torque.

2. Select one of the programs by pointing the indicator aligned to the LED light.  For the Admiral (2-watch) or Regency (4-watch) WatchWinders, you could select one of the 3 programs:  Clockwise, Counter-clockwise, or Automatic Alternating Clockwise & Counter-clockwise rotation.  For the Tuscany (1-watch) series, there are 2 programs available: Clockwise or Counter-clockwise.

3. If you want to use AC power, make sure the AC Adaptor is connected. If no AC Adaptor is connected, the rotator will use dry cell battery power source. Make sure 2 "D" size dry batteries are inserted. Flip open the  battery compartment lid at the bottom or rear of the winder unit. Insert batteries to the right polarities as indicated on the battery compartment. (Be note that the battery compartment door is magnetically attached to the main unit, just align the battery compartment door as indicated, the door will close and magnetically attached to the main unit). Now turn on the power switch. If power is properly available, the LED green light is lit and the rotation begins immediately.

4. The watch winder will stop automatically after the program is completed.

5. Turn the power switch to "OFF" if you do not intend to use it for some time.  For the Admiral and Regency series, you could leave the power switch "ON" so its "Auto-Daily-Repeat" feature is engaged, whereby the winder will turn on automatically daily to wind up your watches.

INSTRUCTIONS TO USE THE REGENCY (WA055) - WATCH WINDER SYSTEM FOR 4 WATCHES

The master unit is on the left hand side (Unit A). The secondary unit is on the right hand side (Unit B) with its own power switch ("on" only). The master on/off switch is at the rear of the box. You must turn on the master switch first before both units can function. The AC adaptor on the back supplies power to both motor units. There is one DC battery compartment which supplies DC power to both motor units.

Be noted of the following instructions (for the Regency Dual motors 4-watch Automatic watch winder):

1) You must select the rotation program by first turning the silver knob on the front. The same program applies to both Unit A and Unit B motors. Insert the cushions with watches into the slots. If you have one or two watches to rotate, use Unit A on the left hand side. Place the third and forth watches on Unit B slots on the right hand side. The black power switch on the right hand side lower corner with a light indicator controls the power supply to Unit B only. You can only turn the Unit B power switch to "ON" (green light shown).  To turn off the power, switch the power switch to "OFF" at the back of the unit.

2) Secondly, turn the master power switch to "ON". Unit A will rotate.

3) Unit B will rotate only if you have turned its own power switch to "ON" (a green indicator light on the switch lights up). Unit B has its own timer device. It starts its own timing only when its own power switch is turned on. You cannot turn Unit B off individually. To turn the unit B off, you must turn the master switch on the back to "OFF".

MAINTENANCE OF THE WATCH WINDER

It is recommended to use a soft non-scratch velvet type fabric to clean the exterior of the wood box. If there are heavy stains, spray very small amount of wood furniture polisher and then wipe it clean. Handle the box carefully.  Always turn the power switch to "OFF" when not operating the unit. Remove the dry batteries from the compartment when you expect not to use the unit for a long period of time. Do not expose the unit to sunlight, outdoor environment, extreme temperature or humidity. The watch winder should be used in the same environment as your regular living room conditions.

SOUND LEVEL

As with any machines with a rotating motor, certain sound level is normal.  It is normal for the machine to emit some minor humming rotating sound while the motor is turning and operating.  The sound level produced from our winders is minimal once the lid has been closed.

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. The rotation disk does not rotate:
Visually see if the LED light is lit green. If not, either the AC or DC power source is not properly connected. If the LED light is green and the power source is properly connected and yet the disk does not rotate, please turn off the unit and rotate the program selector to the proper click and turn the unit on again. If the rotation still does not begin, the unit requires servicing.

2. The rotation speed is very slow (less than 2.5 turns per minute):
Insufficient voltage is supplied. Either replace the dry batteries or use a new AC Adaptor. Always use a 3 Volt output AC Adaptor only.
