User select programs: Clockwise, or counter-clockwise directions. approx. turns 6 revolution per minute Scalable cushion: outer shell of cushion is removable to fit both large & small wrist watches	The program will run for 1 hour and then rest for 3 hours (each one hour turn provides approx. 270 Turns). This cycle will repeat itself continuously and provide approx. 900 Turns in a 12 hour period.
